Aboriginal
tribes lived within their boundaries, and routes existed allowing movement between different tribal areas.

Trade was carried out between the tribes of different areas, not only for food and ornaments but also for women.
Tools and weapons were very important in the tribe.

One can see how these tools were held and used.

Hunting tools included the woomera, which allowed the spear to be thrown fast and to achieve a greater distance. Here you can see two different types of boomerang, the smaller lighter one was used to hunt birds, larger hunting boomerangs were used on larger animals such as kangaroos.
