The best way to see and experience the Mareeba Heritage Museum is to take a guided tour. Our highly knowledgeable guides bring treasured objects to life by explaining the history and stories behind them. Groups of all sizes are welcomed to the Museum and you can book a number of private guided tours for groups or individuals, allowing you to see and learn about the highlights of the Museum’s collections. These tours are for adult audiences and are delivered in English. For more information on these, please see the Tours and Activities page on our website.
We welcome group bookings and in addition to the above, can provide customised group tours by appointment. We advise that you should book at least 4 weeks in advance, to guarantee the desired date and time of your guided group tour. All bookings are subject to availability and by arrangement. Self-guided tour group information is provided below for easy reference.
